2010 Cooking Classes at Fionnuisce, Bandon

 

This coming year I will be giving a series of seasonal cooking classes – Lots of recipes using local seasonal ingredients – which will taste all the better for not being dragged across half the world.
Each class will be a mix of dishes that could be mixed and matched to make up a feast or used everyday to feed the family and friends.
The recipes will be mainly vegetarian, sometimes fish and each class will have a dessert too.

 

Winter Warmers    Saturday January 30th


Soups, stews and casserole recipes to feed the soul and keep us healthy.
Winter salads to give buzz and crunch and a dessert recipe for pleasure.

 

 

A Taste of Spring - Saturday March 27th


Recipes using the spring vegetables and fruits which are young and tender, a very welcome change from the roots and brassicas of the winter.

 

 

Summer Sizzlers – Saturday June 19th


Lots of salads, salsas and fresh summer recipes.
Plenty of wonderful ingredients available at this time of the year.
Tomatoes, basil, courgettes, mint, green beans, artichokes….

 

The classes will be held at Fionnuisce and cost €75.00
